Welcome to India Trendy Travels. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your booking and use of our travel services. By confirming your travel with us and making any payments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
🧾 1. Booking Procedure
A booking is considered confirmed only once we receive a deposit payment and issue a written confirmation. By making a payment, you enter into a binding agreement with India Trendy Travels and accept these terms and conditions.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
💳 2. Deposits & Payments
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm domestic or international tour bookings.
- The balance payment must be made at least 30 days before the travel date.
- For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required upfront.
- For villa, luxury hotel, or group package bookings, a 50% deposit may be applicable depending on supplier terms.
- All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated.
Modes of Payment: We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and secure online gateways.
🔄 3. Revisions & Changes
- Any changes to confirmed bookings will incur a ₹1,500 handling fee per change, plus any additional costs charged by hotels or service providers.
- Changes made less than 14 days prior to travel cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and price variations.
🧘 4. Packages & Services
A valid tour package includes a minimum of 3 services: transport, accommodation, and experiences (such as sightseeing, guides, or spiritual visits).
We reserve the right to substitute hotels, transportation, or experiences with similar options if availability or operational conditions require it.
🧳 5. Lost Belongings
India Trendy Travels is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the trip, including in hotels, vehicles, or sightseeing locations.
Guests are advised to carefully check their belongings before departure from each location.
🧘 6. Special Services & Add-ons
Additional activities such as spa treatments, adventure sports, local sightseeing, or event tickets may be available at the destination and are typically optional and payable directly on-site. India Trendy Travels does not charge or collect advance payment for these services unless specifically included in your package.
These activities are subject to availability, may be run by third-party vendors, and are entirely at the guest’s discretion and risk. We are not responsible for their pricing, quality, safety standards, or any changes/cancellations made by the service providers.
🧘♂️ 7. Special Requirements
Please inform us at the time of booking about any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions. We will try our best to accommodate them, but cannot guarantee fulfillment by all service providers.
🛡️ 8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events.
India Trendy Travels is not liable for expenses resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.

We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events.
India Trendy Travels is not liable for expenses resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.
❌ 9. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email.

For certain luxury hotels, festival season, or international trips, stricter policies may apply, which will be informed at the time of booking.
If any part of the trip is rebooked/resold, we will try to refund the recovered amount, but this cannot be guaranteed.
🏨 10. Hotel & Activity Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute accommodations, experiences, or activities due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, closures, government rules, etc.). Any such changes will be made in your best interest and in equivalent quality.
🚗 11. Vehicle Services (Cab & Driver)
If your itinerary includes cab services, rest assured that India Trendy Travels provides professional, reliable, and courteous drivers as part of your travel experience.
- All vehicles are operated by our trusted in-house or partner network of professional drivers.
- Drivers are well-versed with routes, local conditions, and committed to ensuring your safety and comfort.
- Unless otherwise stated, charges for fuel, tolls, parking, and driver accommodation/meals during outstation trips are included in your package.
- Tips to the driver are optional and at the guest’s discretion.
Please note that all our drivers carry valid licenses and follow standard travel safety protocols. If you have specific requests (e.g., language preferences, large vehicles, etc.), please mention them in advance.
